Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Vulasa offers free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Once your returned item has been received and approved, Vulasa will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Fraud Prevention

Vulasa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. Additional identity verification may be required to protect both our customers and our business.
