Return Policy
Vulasa offers a free 14-day return policy on all eligible purchases. If you wish to return your pergola, you must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Free Returns
Vulasa provides free returns on all eligible products returned within the 14-day return period. Our goal is to make the return process as convenient and straightforward as possible.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, Vulasa will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, installed, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or missing accessories.
- The return request is made after the 14-day return period.
- The damage is caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Vulasa as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue promptly and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
